Episode #7: BTS- How to Tap Away Anxiety

In this episode you will hear another BTS episodes, where I led a tapping session with the women. Tapping is also called EFT (emotional freedom technique) and it is great for reducing stress, anxiety and overwhelm. I explain what it is and how it works, and I lead you through the practice so I recommend that you are in a place where you can participate while listening. You will notice that one of the women in the recording was repeating the words out loud after me, which is exactly what I want you to do, but then she stops. I want you to keep going, keep repeating the phrases as you tap. And just like anything, tapping is a practice so it may take a few times to get the hang of it, keep trying!
