Can you tell us more about the training?
The Beyond Management Executive Training Intensive will guide you to greater self-awareness and resilience so that you can build team cohesiveness, enhance adaptability to change, and foster a deep culture of high performance and innovation. Once the key leader training is complete, we highly encourage your teams, specifically your emerging leaders to complete the training as well over a period of six months.
The training team is led by master life and leadership coach, Carmen Ohling who spent over 15 years training, leading, and supporting corporate teams to high performing levels of personal and professional excellence.
What is the cost?
The cost for the 2-Day Amplify Your Leadership Facilitated Training Intensive is $5999 for up to 20 key leaders, plus a travel fee to be agreed upon prior to the training.
Can I enroll in a workshop or coaching experience as an individual?
Yes, of course, and we commend you for taking this step in your growth and development!
What virtual platform is used for the workshops and coaching, if not in-person?
In-person meeting facilitation is highly recommended and part of our core offering. However, in the case of virtual sessions, each workshop session is held via Zoom Meetings. We will use a variety of Zoom features to keep engagement and energy high, such as: screen sharing, breakout rooms, chat conversations and more.
