Ya, me too…. So, why am I asking this today? ⠀

Something that I rediscovered over and over is my go-to response in any stressful situation: be “busy,” accomplish more! Can you relate?⠀

Slowing down does not come very naturally to me, I have to push myself and be mindful and INTENTIONAL with where I place my time and focus. Instead of doing 1000 things that I am “good” at, I intentionally choose to focus on what is aligned with my highest self and choose my GREATNESS instead! ⠀

So what does that look like?⠀

Figuring out which daily rituals and behaviors NOURISH me and keep me grounded. And, I am not just talking about food- I am talking about physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. ⠀

I focus on managing my energy, instead of my time. You have the choice of how you spend your energy- so PROTECT it!⠀

I am constantly checking in with myself to be super self-aware and take radical responsibility for MYSELF. Inquiry questions I ask often sound like this…⠀

Q: I am showing up today as the woman I know that I desire to be?⠀
