At some level, yes of course, we all know who we are, but we are always growing, discovering, unlearning and becoming to truly know ourselves.  To do this, we must constantly be curious about who we are, always staying in a contemplative state to practice self-awareness. My favorite way to do this is through journaling and asking better questions.  Today I share with the you the who, what, when, where, why and how that you can use to develop more self-awareness and get curious.

Who: YOU!

What: What can I let be easy?

When: When will it ever be enough?

Where: Where am I giving my power away?

Why: NO!

How: How do I currently feel about myself?
