This moment was pivotal in my life, kicking off so much learning and growth. I was not in a super healthy place with my body, mindset, or relationship with alcohol. Relying on food and alcohol for comfort too much because of living in a new place and I felt alone. I felt alone primarily because I was self-isolating without even being aware I was doing it. I was “doing all the things”- morning rituals, working out, trying to eat good, working so damn hard in my business- yet I still felt like something was missing.
Do you consider yourself independent, are you the hardest worker in the room, do you feel resentment because no one is helping you, or do you just take care of yourself because you are too busy to teach someone else or ask for help?
