Here is an idea I’d like to share with you today. One that has been transformational in my life and one we talk about in Flow Academy endlessly….
Here is your open invitation to curiosity!
Curiosity: An eager desire to know or learn, without judgement or reservation.
Curiosity is playful.
Curiosity is powerful.
Curiosity is courageous.
Curiosity is the key to breakthroughs and creativity.
Curiosity is a catalyst to deeper more meaningful human connections.
4 Steps to Step Into Curiosity in Your Life:
1. Ask more questions
2. Admit you don’t know something
3. Openly explore your interests and desires
4. Begin to actively learn from others- even if your ego says “you already know”
5. Diversity your interests- try something new
This does not happen by accident; we have to be an active designer of our lives!!
I will leave you with this quote that I love from F. Scott Fitzgerald:
“For what it’s worth… it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you see the things that startle you. I hope you feel the things you’ve never felt before. I hope you meet people who have a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start over again.”
