Here are three truths about achieving optimal health that I wish I would have learned and fully believed way sooner in my life…
1. Enjoy and nurture your health every day; understand it’s the most precious gift you will ever be given.
2. The best time to start changing your eating and training habits is in this very moment. What you did when you were 18 should be different at 29 and what you did at 29 should be different at 41!
3. There is nothing that beats consistency. Consistency wins every time, do the work, be patient, always be learning, and have a little fun along the way.
