The One Thing We Can Do to Get More Clarity and Peace

The One Thing We Can Do to Get More Clarity and Peace

The number one thing that we can all do today to get more clarity and peace in our lives is to stop searching and searching and searching for something that is missing. Let me explain…

Everything is energy, and every energy has a frequency.

When you are constantly searching outside of yourself, and you feel like something is wrong with you, your energy vibration is a frequency of lack.

Like attracts like; which means the energy you omit is the energy you will receive back.

When you come back home to yourself and your own inner knowing, you can start to realign with the energy of love. The energy of love is a high vibe frequency.

Within the energy of love, you can attract more of that which you desire.

This week, try this practice to realign with the energy of love:

   1. Sit comfortably, feet flat on the floor, head/neck in alignment.

   2. Close your eyes and place your hands on your heart.

   3. Begin to slow your breathing, taking long deep breaths into your heart space.

   4. Repeat these words to yourself 3x:

“I am willing to see this differently. Thank you Spirit, I surrender this limiting belief to you, and I welcome you reorganizing all limiting beliefs back to love. I forgive myself, and I know that I am love. I focus my attention on the love that is within me and around me. I am love.”

 5. Take three more deep breaths into your heart space and open your eyes to the room.

Notice how this changes your energy, your thoughts are not all over the place, and you feel more aligned and centered in your body. Practice this as often as you need during the day, and watch as what you truly desire to manifest in your life begins to come to you with ease.

Sending you so much light and love today,

Carmen

Nothing has meaning until you place meaning upon it.

Nothing has meaning until you place meaning upon it.

Remember this….

“Nothing has meaning until you place meaning upon it.”

That’s it! How would things change if you did not go around placing your meaning on something that in the grand scheme of things were actually meaningless?

Would you be more open?
Would you have more joy in your life?
Would you finally release control of everything and feel free?
Would you allow others to experience their own authentic experience in life?

Hit reply and let me know what you think!

Sending you light and love,

Here are three truths about achieving optimal health

Here are three truths about achieving optimal health

Here are three truths about achieving optimal health that I wish I would have learned and fully believed way sooner in my life…

1. Enjoy and nurture your health every day; understand it’s the most precious gift you will ever be given.

2. The best time to start changing your eating and training habits is in this very moment. What you did when you were 18 should be different at 29 and what you did at 29 should be different at 41!

3. There is nothing that beats consistency. Consistency wins every time, do the work, be patient, always be learning, and have a little fun along the way.

What is something that you wish you learned earlier in life and taken action on? Comment down below and let me know!

In health,

Carmen

Is it true that a meaningful life is all about making better choices?

Is it true that a meaningful life is all about making better choices?

“A happy, healthy, meaningful life is all about making better choices.”

Ever heard that before?

It’s well-meaning, no doubt. But is it true?

NO, not by a long shot!!!

For most people, there’s a LOT more to changing behaviors than simply deciding to do better.

Many interconnected factors influence those behaviors—from how you feel physically and emotionally, to your relationships and job, to your living environment, and even your outlook on your life and what you believe is possible.

Plenty of things in life can distract you and throw you off track. Yet many of us never see any of this coming—even though these are the exact things that have derailed us before.

As a result, we end up frustrated and disappointed because we’ve once again “failed.”

It can feel a little bit like that movie Groundhog Day, where Bill Murray relives the same day over and over and over.

CAN YOU FEEL ME ON THIS?

I felt this for years, until I took these 3 steps that were truly the catalyst to my growth, success, peace, joy, and more!!

1. I decided that I was ready, that I didn’t have all the answers and I was committed to making a change no matter what anyone else around me was doing. I got super clear on my deepest priorities.

2. I pushed myself to get uncomfortable and get in rooms with other women who wanted what I wanted and who were doing the things I wanted to be doing. This meant going to workshops, retreats, and events to connect, learn, grow and expand.

3. I hired a coach because guess what we all cannot see our own blind spots and attachments to limiting beliefs. At this point, I’ve hired coaches for: health, business, spirituality, lifestyle, and masterminds too. I will never not have a coach, as I am always looking to be better personally and professionally!

I am excited to hear from you!

Do you feel like you are on the treadmill of life day in and day out, without clarity or fulfillment?

Do you feel like you are on the treadmill of life day in and day out, without clarity or fulfillment?

When I read the below quote from James Clear earlier in the month, all I could think was, AMEN, YES, THANK YOU, MIC DROP!

This is 100% aligned with the decisions I have been making this year. I have been ensuring that I am building and designing my life, both personal and business, in a way that feels good to me, based on my deepest priorities, and not just one that looks good on the outside…..

Do you feel like you are on the treadmill of life day in and day out, without clarity or fulfillment? Maybe it’s time you jumped off for a few days and got super clear on your deepest priorities and how you want to feel.

Hit reply and let me know your thoughts on this quote, and I can help you make a plan to take a few days off the treadmill….

“Do not confuse things that are hard with things that are valuable. Many things in life are hard. Just because you are giving a great effort does not mean you are working toward a great result. Make sure that mountain is worth climbing.”

Here’s to digging deep within ourselves this week,
Carmen
