I want you to know that it is okay to rest today. You need rest.

Dear beautiful soul,

I know you can do it all and that there is more to achieve on your to-do list. I know that you don’t want to drop any balls or get behind. I know that you can multitask and do everything for everyone, all the time. I know that your mind is busy all the time, and it’s difficult to slow down.

I want you to know that it is okay to rest today. You need rest. Your body has been telling you and giving you signs to rest, but you’ve ignored them. Today is the day to listen.

Honor yourself today. Take time to slow down. Your soul is calling, answer the call.

Addiction and distraction

This year, I am in a season of serving at my highest capacity, being deep in creativity more often than not, and flexing my superpower of asking for help. Three ways I am cultivating my own personal mastery and professional ability that I want to share with you:

Joining a high-level mastermind that challenged both my money mindset – it was an investment – and my ability to serve.. but trusting and knowing that even in the face of fear I am on the right path!

Doubling down my devotion to my spiritual relationship, my own personal growth + optimal health, my relationship with my soulmate Joal, and my opportunity to serve my highest calling.

Being obedient, disciplined, focused, and radiant daily. Plus, be sure to get still and LISTEN LOUD! Staying disciplined each day to be self-aware of my distractions and taking projects/tasks to completion before shifting my focus. My biggest distractions are checking email and social media too often, being indecisive, and worrying about Joal’s thoughts or feelings without asking or communicating with him!

You are on the right path.

Breathing life into you today, stay open to receiving…

“You are on the right path.”

I heard this 3 times on February 28th as I was doing my morning rituals. I am always blown away by the messages I receive when I slow down, calm my nervous system, and listen.

This is the magic formula I follow:

Ask.
Listen.
Trust.
Allow.
Take Inspired Action.
Repeat.

I encourage you to learn more and more about the spirit that is always guiding you and supporting you and lean less on your own strength – you know that rushed, white-knuckling energy we can all get into as ambitious women.

Try this prayer in the morning and throughout the day any time you get knocked out of a high vibe state…

“Use me. Show me. Guide me. Speak through me. I am open, willing, and ready to receive.”

Are you living intentionally?

I often write a daily intention for the day in my journal. I allow this intention to guide my thoughts, feelings, and actions during the day.

Sometimes, it is the way I can reframe myself when I get knocked out of alignment and start down the overthinking/overwhelm/judgment spiral. I’ll even go as far as setting an intention before each new task or experience. I find this helps me to stay focused and clear!

I want to share with you a few intentions I’ve set in my journal this year and encourage you to be intentional each day.

Here are a few of my written intentions, feel free to steal them and try them on in your life!

“Be so full of inspired action that it overflows into everyone and everything I touch today!”

“Everything attached to me wins with ease!”

“Feel deep and listen loud!”

“My power is in the present moment. I claim my power in each moment today!”

“Today I choose to amplify all that is good in my life, for the highest good for all.”

“I am healthy, healed, whole, and full of inspired energy!”

Here’s to living intentionally this week!!
